Responsibilities
- Administer medications with precision and care during overnight hours
- Monitor residents’ well-being and respond to their needs with compassion
- Maintain accurate medication records and ensure compliance at all times
- Communicate clearly with families and healthcare teams as needed
- Support residents with empathy, kindness, and professionalism—making their nights safe and comfortable
Requirements
- Active Certified Medication Aide certification (in good standing)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of hands-on experience as a CMA, preferably in a dynamic healthcare setting
- Expertise in safe, accurate medication administration
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Compassionate, caring approach to resident care
- Comfort with electronic health records and technology

Pay
$21.00 – $28.00 per hour (based on skills, experience, and professional background)
Schedule
12-hour PRN shifts
