Responsibilities

• Monitor the new patient schedule, manage check-ins, and track overall wait times
• Prep injection supplies and route patients
• Collect relevant patient information to streamline processes
• Proactively assist the physician during procedures by providing necessary supplies while adhering to proper sanitation and procedure room protocols
• Manage all medical inventory to ensure the facility is well-stocked and organized for optimal patient care

Requirements

• Certification as a Medical Assistant
• Minimum of two years of medical assistant experience
• Proficiency in medical software and tools
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills and empathy for patient interactions

Competitive compensation ranging from $17.00 to $21.00 per hour.
