Key Responsibilities
- Check vital signs.
- Review medical history.
- Address chief complaints.
- Administer medications and vaccinations as directed.
- Perform EKGs, wound care, and other diagnostic tests.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program is preferred.
- Certification (CMA, RMA, or CCMA) is strongly preferred.
- One year of experience in a medical office or clinic is a plus.
- CPR / AED certification is preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and EMR systems is preferred.

Work Environment
- Traveling to patients located in their homes or medical facilities.
- May require standing for extended periods and some lifting.
- May involve exposure to bloodborne pathogens and other health hazards.
Pay and Benefits
- Pay rate: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour with mileage reimbursement.
