Description

Our clinic in Berwyn is looking for a Certified Medical Assistant who is a great team player, patient centered, and loves working in Multi Specialties. The position involves 5 eight-hour shifts Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday coverage.

Loyola Medicine Transport is based at Loyola University Medical Center and is part of a three-hospital system including Loyola University Medical Center, Gottlieb Memorial Hospital, and MacNeal Hospital.

What you will need for this job

  • Required: High School Diploma plus training acquired through work experience or education
  • Specify Degree(s): Successful completion of accredited medical assistant program
  • Minimum Experience: Preferred: At least one year of previous job-related experience

Licenses/Certifications

  • Must possess at least one (1) of the following Medical Assistant credentials within six (6) months of hire:
  • American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA)
  • American Medical Technologists (AMT)
  • National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT)
  • National Healthcareer Association (NHA)
  • CPR/BLS by the American Heart Association – upon hire

Pay Range: $18.16 - 28.14 per hour
