Responsibilities

• Proactively prepare and update patient charts to facilitate smooth daily operations.
• Assist healthcare providers with patient care and administrative tasks.
• Manage multiple patient interactions daily, depending on physician availability.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited Medical Assisting program.
• Washington State Department of Health Medical Assistant - Certified (CM) credential.
• Knowledge of third-party payer requirements.

Skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using a PC.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least one year of Medical Assistant Certified experience.
