Certified Medical Assistant Immediate Care

Employment Type: Full time, rotating shift

Main location is Burr Ridge, with occasional travel to the River Forest and Tinley Park Immediate Care locations. Every other weekend and holiday rotation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care
• Handle patient registration
• Schedule appointments
• Perform various office-related tasks

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• BLS CPR by the American Heart Association
• Successful completion of an accredited Medical Assistant Program OR one year of Medical Assistant work experience
• Must obtain at least one of the following Medical Assistant credentials within 6 months of hire date:
  • American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA)
  • American Medical Technologists (AMT)
  • National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT)
  • National Healthcareer Association (NHA)
• Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (visa sponsorship not available for this position)

Pay

Pay Range: $20.05 - $28.14 per hour. Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
