Full-time | Days | Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8 am – 7 pm

Responsibilities
- Assist providers with patient examinations, treatments, and procedures while maintaining sterile and organized treatment rooms.
- Streamline clinic workflow by interviewing patients, measuring vital signs, and accurately recording medical histories in patient charts.
- Transcribe provider orders for labs, imaging, and prescriptions, ensuring all diagnoses and follow‑up instructions are documented with high precision.
- Manage essential administrative duties, including medical record maintenance, clerical support, and inventory management to ensure seamless clinic daily operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted).
- Medical Assistant obtained within 3 months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date (Certified or Registered both accepted).
- Education:
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job‑specific experience.
- Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
Additional Preferences
- 3 years ambulatory setting experience.
