Certified Medical Assistant - Float (Full-Time)

About the Role

Support multiple clinics as a Float Certified Medical Assistant, providing clinical care and ensuring quality patient interactions. Travel between clinics as needed to cover shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical procedures
• Gather patient histories
• Utilize Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
• Work independently or collaboratively within a team
• Exercise judgment on sensitive information
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) with active Washington state certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in EPIC and EMR systems
• Strong clinical expertise and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to make independent decisions
• BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain within 6 months
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks required for the role
