Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for examinations and procedures
• Obtain and document vital signs, histories, and patient information
• Auxiliary providers with examinations and treatments
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
• Carefully coordinate patient care and followup appointments
• Provide education on treatment plans and provider instructions
• Aid with clinical procedures and room turnover
• Ensure exam rooms are stocked, clean, and prepared
• Support a positive patient experience from arrival to discharge

Requirements

Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification preferred

Strong patient care and communication skills

Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail

Professional, dependable, and team-oriented

Comfortable working with multiple provider specialties

Experience with EMR/EHR systems preferred
