Certified Medical Assistant

Position Overview

The Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) provides assistance to the professional staff, delivers direct care to patients as directed by the RN or LPN in charge, and ensures patient comfort and safety. The CMA follows departmental policies and procedures, safety, environmental, and infection control standards, and represents the facility with integrity, adhering to the facility’s Core Values and mission.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 am-4:00 pm

Qualifications

• CMA Certification, required
• 2 years experience in inpatient medical setting, preferred
• New Graduates considered
