Main Objective
The Certified Medical Assistant is responsible for providing quality, excellent patient care and a great experience for our patients in our clinical research studies:
- Patients have a fun, positive and comfortable experience throughout their time in our clinic
- Patient visits are completed accurately and efficiently, with 100% adherence to clinical trial protocols
- Patient enrollment and retention activities are executed with focus and follow-through
- Clinical data is entered accurately and on time across various medical record systems and platforms
- Lead and main point of contact for Pharmaceutical Sponsors and Contract Research Organizations for all clinical trials
- Ensuring sponsors and clients have amazing customer service when they are onsite at our clinic and assuring clear, constant communication when they are off site
- Physicians receive timely patient and protocol updates that reinforce confidence in the site team
Requirements
- 1+ year of professional experience
- Active medical assistant certification (CMA, CCMA, RMA) or nursing license (RN or LPN)
- Preferred: B.S. or B.A. from any accredited university
- Preferred: Professional experience in a patient-facing or healthcare position
- Preferred: Experience in an on-site, customer-facing role

Pay
Salary Range: $50,000–$60,000
