About the Role
Provides personal care assistance to patients under the direction of licensed personnel and/or Administrator.
Responsibilities
- Performs direct patient care duties as assigned.
- Triage and rooming of patients.
- Provides for patient safety.
- Possesses the ability to perform day-to-day clerical tasks and related duties.
- Participates in ongoing educational activities.
- Completes assigned goals.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of experience.
- Skill in communicating clearly and effectively using standard English in written, oral, and verbal formats to achieve high productivity and efficiency.
- Ability to write legibly and record information accurately as necessary to perform job duties.
- Computer literacy.
- Certified by an approved accredited certification body or certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire date.
- BLS certification within 14 days of hire date.
Preferred Qualifications
- Approved nursing or medical assistant course.
- Phlebotomy experience.
- Maintain certification.
