We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we need headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use for each heading. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Preserve all substantive info.
We need to parse the posting: It includes description of Kinwell, mission, culture, then "Kinwell is hiring a Certified Medical Assistant to join our clinic in Redmond, WA." Then description of duties: "The Certified Medical Assistant at Kinwell assists with prepping charts for daily appointments, managing the patient’s appointment schedule, maintaining the cleanliness and supplies in the patient exam and waiting area, communicating patient status and needs to the clinician and assisting with check-out and follow-up duties for patients. This important support role is fully responsible for managing all aspects of the patient greeting and check-in. The Certified Medical Assistant works under direct supervision of a healthcare clinician to use their clinical knowledge and skills to assist in meeting the healthcare needs of our patients."
Then "Kinwell offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus for external applicants and eligible rehires for this position."
Then "What you’ll do:" list of duties.
Then "What you’ll bring:" list of requirements.
Then "Working Environment", "Physical Requirements", "Vaccine Requirement".
We need to map to sections: About the role (maybe overview), Responsibilities (duties), Requirements (certifications etc), Qualifications (maybe same as requirements?), Skills (maybe abilities), Benefits (sign-on bonus), Pay (none given), Schedule (none given). Since Pay and Schedule not stated, we should NOT include those sections.
We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. So we can have About the role (overview paragraph), Responsibilities (the "What you’ll do" list), Requirements (certifications, education, etc), Skills (maybe abilities like communication, decision-making, etc), Benefits (sign-on bonus). Possibly also Working Environment and Physical Requirements could be part of Requirements or separate? But headings limited to given list; we could include them under Requirements or Skills? The instruction says use those headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says "use

It doesn't forbid other headings, but says "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It implies we should use those headings when appropriate. We could also add other headings if needed, but better to stick to those.
We have content for About the role (mission, culture, location). Responsibilities (duties). Requirements (certification, state cert, HS diploma, BLS preferred, EPIC experience). Qualifications maybe overlapping with Requirements; but we could treat Requirements as certifications/education, Qualifications as experience/skills? However we have also Skills section for abilities like communication, decision-making, teamwork, etc. Benefits: sign-on bonus.
We must not invent or summarize away detail. Must preserve all substantive information. So we need to include all bullet points from "What you’ll do" and "What you’ll bring". Also include Working Environment, Physical Requirements, Vaccine Requirement somewhere. Where to put? Could be under Requirements or Skills? But they are not exactly requirements; they are job conditions. Could be part of About the role? Might be better to create a section like "Working Conditions" but not in list. However instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We could incorporate those details into existing sections: e.g., include Working Environment and Physical Requirements under Requirements (as job requirements) or under Skills? Probably under Requirements as they are requirements to perform job. Vaccine requirement also a requirement.
Thus we can have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (including certifications, education, experience, working environment, physical requirements, vaccine requirement), Skills (abilities like communication, decision-making, etc), Benefits (sign-on bonus). No Pay or Schedule.
We must not repeat job title as heading. So no Certified Medical Assistant
. Good.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown.
