Pay

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Schedule

• Full Time: 3 pm – 11:30 pm + $0.75 shift differential (Mon‑Fri only)
• Full Time: 11 pm – 7:30 am + $1.50 shift differential
• Part Time: 7 am – 3:30 pm
• Availability every other weekend/holidays

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities while maintaining dignity and independence.
• Administer medications safely and accurately across multiple forms as prescribed.
• Follow a strict 3‑step verification process: confirm resident, correct medication, and proper dosage/timing.
• Ensure compliance with medication labeling to prevent errors.
• Adhere to protocols and maintain attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of a recognized Medication Administration course is a plus.
• 1 year experience or training working with older adults or in the retirement housing industry is preferred.
