Responsibilities
- Complete Maryland State Inspections
- Examine and diagnose vehicles
- Discuss repairs with shop personnel or service advisors
- Communicate additional service requests to service advisors
- Complete records and/or documentation for client repairs
- Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations
Qualifications
- MIC certification required
- Able to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic Computer skills
- Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Math, reading, and computer skills
- Able to learn new technology, repair and service procedures, and specifications
- Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
