Certified Maintenance Team Member

About the role

This position plays a crucial role in maintaining the reliability, safety, and efficiency of Winland Foods' operations. The Maintenance Team Member is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on various systems and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Aid in machine setup, equipment modifications, and rebuilds to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain accurate documentation and update records in CMMS systems.
• Follow all safety protocols and uphold GMPs and food safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to resolve equipment issues and minimize downtime.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience, preferably in manufacturing or food production.
• Forklift certification preferred (required for Advanced Level).
• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instruction, perform accurate math functions, and understand SDS and GMPs.
• Knowledge of GMPs, SQF, HACCP, FSMA, and other food safety regulations.
• Commitment to following all company safety policies and procedures.

Benefits

• Based on Union Contract Provisions.
• Salary, based on experience and other qualifications: $33.00 - $38.00 (Annually or Per Hour) with additional bonus potential.

Schedule

5 Day work week with 12 hour shifts. Shift: 7 pm - 7:30 am (Training will be on First Shift).
