Certified/Licensed Maintenance Tech Specialist - Jefferson - Full Time

Responsible for

• Installation, inspection, operation, repair and preventative maintenance of facilities and mechanical systems
• Machinery and equipment monitoring across hospital’s HVAC, plumbing, electrical and/or boiler operation systems
• Diagnosing machine malfunctions and maintaining systems' working order
• Reading thermometers and gauges, recording readings
• Conducting and overseeing repairs and upgrades to hospital systems as needed
• Estimating and ordering materials for work projects
• Possessing working knowledge of other trades to ensure coordination of work projects
• Performing work in accordance with established safety procedures
• Completing rounding to identify and resolve regulatory compliance deficiencies
• Aiding and performing the work of other maintenance technicians and teams as needed

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Trade School Required
• 6 years experience required
• MUST HAVE OR BE WILLING TO GET WITHIN 90 DAYS A CLASS A LICENSE

Qualifications

• Must have experience in 2 or more trades
• HVAC Certification Required
