About the Role

Field-based Technician role focused on installation and service of dental technology in practitioner offices, with an emphasis on excellence in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provides repair and installation services to customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Maintains necessary tools and inventory in the service van to perform installation and repair services.
• Attends all required training and complies with OSHA regulations, including use of personal protective equipment.
• Communicates timely with internal personnel and dispatchers.
• Educates customers on proper care, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures for dental technology.
• Completes work orders and submits job-related paperwork within required timeframes.
• Complies with Fleet Management Policy, including vehicle maintenance and accident management.
• Meets company standards for work quality and quantity, adhering to all policies and procedures.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required.

Physical Requirements

• Delivers, installs, and repairs equipment at customer sites, often requiring maneuvering of large equipment.
• Involves substantial and/or repetitive bending, stooping, and lifting.

Pay

The expected starting base salary range for this position is $51,508 to $70,825, with pay determined by factors such as education, prior experience, training, skills, certifications, location, and internal equity.
