What You Will Do (Clinical Scope / Home Health Aide)
- Companionship & Memory Care
- Engagement, activities, and specialized support for Alzheimer’s and Dementia clients
- Personal Care (ADLs)
- Safe assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Nutrition & Homemaking
- Meal planning/preparation and light housekeeping
- Transportation
- Transporting clients to medical appointments (e.g., dialysis), grocery shopping, and errands
Position Requirements
- Active NJ CHHA Certification
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable insured vehicle for client transport
- Strong clinical judgment, clear communication, and a dependable attitude
