About the role
The Plaza at Clover Lake - Premier Assisted Living is located on beautiful grounds in Carmel, NY. We are seeking compassionate and dependable Overnight Home Health Aides (HHA/PCA) to join our dedicated team.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including dressing, toileting, hygiene, repositioning, transfers, and mobility assistance as outlined in their individualized care plans.
- Perform overnight safety checks and wellness rounds.
- Observe and report any changes in residents' physical or mental condition to the Manager.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided, resident behaviors, and any significant overnight events.
- Respond promptly to resident call bells and emergencies.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all residents.
- Assist with light housekeeping duties and prepare residents for the morning routine as needed.
Requirements
- Must possess a valid HHA or PCA certificate registered with the New York State Department of Health.
- No experience required—we provide paid training.
- Must be dependable and able to work overnight hours.
- One weekend overnight shift is required.
