Requirements
- High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred
- At least 1 year experience as a Caregiver/Certified Home Health Aide in healthcare (in homes or facilities)
- NJ Licensed as Certified Home Health Aide a must
- Must be fully COVID vaccinated & booster
- 2-step PPD
- Physical within the last 12 months
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job
- Possess a valid driver’s license and insured automobile
Responsibilities
- Take vital signs or give medication under a nurse’s direction
- Record and report patient data as medically necessary
- Assist patients with daily functions such as dressing or bathing
- Assist with planning for doctor’s appointments and other meetings
- Organize transportation for patients
- Perform housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming or laundry
- Prep and cook meals
- Grocery shopping
- Report patient health status to nurses
- Teach patients self-care skills

Pay
$17–$22 per hour (depending on experience and case), with extra pay on weekends.
