Responsibilities
- Provide routine individualized care to the elderly, convalescents, or persons with disabilities.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for the patient.
- Monitor and report changes in patient health status.
- Avoid infection control measures to prevent the spread of disease.
- Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing and dressing.
- Administer medication and perform wound care as needed.
- Educate family members on patient care techniques.
Qualifications
- Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification required.
- Experience in hospice, home health, or other related fields.
- Possess a positive and patient demeanor.
