About the role
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking caregivers in Burlington County, NJ. Positions are available for both Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) and Nursing Students.
Responsibilities
- Personal care: bathing, grooming, toileting, feeding
- Ambulation / Transfers / mechanical lift devices / range of motion exercises
- Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
- Home management: laundry, meal preparation, bed making, etc.
- Meditation assistance
Requirements
Current Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license in good standing with the NJ Board of Nursing. At least (1) year of experience as a companion or CHHA. Not certified? BAYADA offers certification training programs.
Qualifications
- Current Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license in good standing with the NJ Board of Nursing.
- At least (1) year of experience as a companion or CHHA.
- Not certified? BAYADA provides certification training programs, including daytime and evening HHA certification classes, as well as certified nursing assistant (CNA) conversion courses.
