This is a significant role that involves setting goals, leading a team of Department Managers, and managing hiring and development of managers.
Responsibilities
- Setting and achieving restaurant goals with the help of a leader
- Leading a team of Department Managers to improve restaurant performance
- Hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to ensure the restaurant has the right team for the future
Requirements
- Previous experience as a General Manager in high-volume locations
- A background in quick-service restaurants or hospitality/re retail
- Must be 18 years or older to manage in corporate-owned restaurants
