Responsible for maintaining and repairing vehicles at Ford dealerships. Duties include diagnosing vehicle issues, performing routine maintenance, and training new technicians.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair various vehicle systems
- Perform routine maintenance checks
- Train and mentor new technicians
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to quality standards
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- At least 2 years of automotive repair experience
- Knowledge of automotive systems and troubleshooting techniques
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Pass a background check and drug test
Skills
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
