Folkston Park Care and Rehabilitation seeks a Dietary Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will lead the dietary operations, ensuring high-quality services are consistently delivered while maintaining positive relationships with residents, families, visitors, and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Overall management of dietary operations
• Collaborate with management and facility team members to ensure high quality services
• Follow established regulations and policies
• Ensure compliance with state, CMS, and facility policies
• Provide pleasant, respectful, and courteous service to residents, families, visitors, and colleagues

Qualifications

• Two plus years of Dietary/Food Service Management experience
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting
• Obtain ServSafe Certificate within 90 days
