Oversee daily dining operations in a senior living environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop culinary and dining teams
• Ensure safe and high-quality meal service
• Maintain compliance with food safety regulations
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance
• Monitor food, labor, and inventory costs
• Collaborate with community leadership to enhance resident dining experiences
• Uphold sanitation standards and survey readiness
• Support operational excellence through inventory, purchasing, and quality assurance

Requirements

• CDM credential
• Minimum of 1 year leadership experience in food service, healthcare, or senior living
• Knowledge of food safety and regulatory standards
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills

Qualifications

• Preferred experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or healthcare dining
• Budgeting, inventory, and labor management skills
• Experience with regulatory compliance and survey preparation
