Certified Casino HVAC Technician

Primary Tasks

• Repair and maintain low pressure hot water systems, gas wall heaters, ventilation units, and air condition units.
• Replace fans, belts, motors, gaskets, filters, and compressors, and lubricate parts.
• Adjust and install switches, gauges, thermostats, valves, tubing, transformers, pressure regulators, controllers, and other parts.
• Establish cost of repairs and equipment replacement.
• Operate specialized machinery, equipment, and tools used in the repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning.
• Maintain all mechanical and cosmetic items throughout the facility.
• Inspect all lighting throughout the property, identify potential problems and resolve the issue.

Requirements

• EPA Universal License and HVAC Certification
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and air conditioning maintenance
• Two (2) years of experience with a significant combination of vocational education, apprentice training, or on-the-job training preferred
