Responsibilities
- Repair and perform daily routine inspections of all HVAC/Refrigeration systems in the parks.
- Train in general system operations and functions, as well as procedures and routines.
- Complete all scheduled preventive HVAC maintenance.
- Complete all required documentation.
- Maintain proficiency in all manufacturing manuals related to Park HVAC equipment.
- Maintain inventory control and review ordering needs with leadership.
- Keep working areas neat, clean, and tidy.
- Complete tasks assigned within time constraints implied by park guidelines.
- Maintain department standards performance in terms of attendance, performance, acceptance of assignments, and strict adherence to all safety policies and requirements.
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as required.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Technical trade school or equivalent experience with an emphasis on HVAC/Refrigeration.
- At least 2 years of practical HVAC/Refrigeration experience or combination of HVAC/Refrigeration experience & trade school experience.
- Knowledgeable in the reading of and working from blueprints and/or drawings.
- EPA Universal level certification.
- Valid state driver’s license and be able to obtain a company driver’s license.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Ability to repetitively climb stairs.
- Comfortable working at heights up to 100ft.
- Comfortable with exposure to noise and vibrations.
- Comfortable with exposure to all weather conditions and temperature extremes.
- Available to work varying shifts or hours based on park hours; i.e. be able to work opening and closing shifts including weekends and holidays.
