Certified Caregiver
Responsibilities
- Know the residents you serve, providing care based on their service plans.
- Aid in all aspects of a resident’s daily life, including activities of daily living, meal service, and social engagement.
- Communicate appropriately with branch clinical leadership when a resident’s needs change.
- Have knowledge of how to approach and care for residents with dementia.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Active CNA License in good standing.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Willing to take additional training or education, which specific states may require.
- CPR and First Aid certifications are required.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication.
- Competent in organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrate good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Pay & Benefits
Pay is available daily. Benefits start on the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment. Options include medical, dental, vision, and voluntary products. Full-time employees are eligible for all benefits, while part-time employees (29 or fewer hours per week) are eligible for Voluntary Life, Voluntary Short-Term Disability, Voluntary Long-Term Disability, Accident, Critical Illness, Identity Protection, and Cyber Monitoring. Prescription savings plans are also available. All employees are eligible for a 401(k) with an employer match.
