About the role
This role is responsible for providing compassionate care to individuals in their homes, ensuring they are safe, comfortable, and supported.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily personal care services including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with medication management and health monitoring
- Facilitate social activities and maintain a positive living environment
- Document patient interactions and progress in a timely manner
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in caregiving or related field preferred
- Passing background check and criminal history review
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong physical stamina and flexibility
- Knowledge of first aid and CPR
