We are seeking enthusiastic, creative, and compassionate individuals with ABA experience or Certified Behavior Technicians (CBTs/RBTs) to provide direct behavioral therapy in clinic and home settings. As part of our collaborative team, you will help individuals develop essential life skills through engaging, play-based learning approaches.

What You'll Do
- Provide 1:1 direct behavioral therapy in clinic and home settings
- Collect and record data on client progress
- Support communication systems such as AAC and PECS for non-verbal or emerging-verbal clients
- Collaborate with the clinical team to implement individualized ABA treatment plans
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members
- Respond to challenging behaviors using supportive ABA strategies
- Support daily living skills, including toileting, hygiene, and self-care routines using structured ABA strategies to promote independence
Qualifications
- Current CBT or RBT certification, or equivalent ABA experience
- High School Diploma or higher
- Experience working with children (professional or personal)
- Valid Washington State driver's license and reliable transportation
- Able to lift and assist clients when needed
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for supporting individuals with disabilities
- Availability to work M-F, MWF, or Tues/Thurs schedules
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
- Experience as a Teacher Aide, Paraeducator, DSP, or Respite Worker
