About the role
As a Full Time Clinical Injury Prevention Specialist, you'll provide care to client employees in our Health Center located in Gaithersburg, MD.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Pay
$80,000.00 – $100,000.00 annually

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement early intervention program consisting of performing comprehensive musculoskeletal examination, providing first aid per OSHA standards and education on injury prevention
- Perform physical demand and ergonomic assessments to identify high-risk tasks and recommend preventive strategies
- Lead group and individual training on functional movement, job simulation, and injury prevention programs
- Collaborate with on-site medical and safety teams to coordinate care and recommend workplace countermeasures
- Document assessments, recommendations, and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date record
- Participate in meetings and task forces
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited professional Athletic Training education program
- Current BOC Certified Athletic Trainer
- Current certification with hands-on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health
