Responsibilities

• Create detailed records of activity programs and resident participation.
• Comply with state and federal standards during resident activity histories and assessments.
• Publish and distribute a monthly calendar of events and facility newsletters.
• Develop and maintain an active and effective volunteer program.

Requirements

• High school graduate and certified as an Activity Director (state regulations).
• Excellent creativity and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to document and implement detailed programs.
• Experience creating and implementing effective resident care plans.
• Ability to develop, organize, and execute activity programs within a specified budget.
