About the role
We are seeking a Certified Activity Director who is resident and family-focused, a team builder, and enthusiastic about fostering a positive facility culture.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Activity Department in compliance with federal, state, and local standards.
- Assist in creating a vibrant and engaging environment for residents and their families.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless support for resident activities.
Qualifications
- Certified Activity Director for Long-Term Care/Nursing Facility (LTC/SNF).
- Experience in a nursing home setting is preferred.
- Previous supervisory experience is advantageous.
