About the role

A Plus Health Care is looking for amazing CNAs who enjoy variety and learning new skills. We staff assisted living, memory care, nursing home, and in-home care across all shifts. As a Certified Nurse Assistant, you work in long-term care units, assisted living facilities, hospice care, and at times, one-to-one care.

Responsibilities

• Help with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Chart and execute plans of care

Requirements

• Current MT CNA License with a MT CNA Skills checklist
• Ability to provide proof of current immunizations (to include current TB test, Hep B)
• Reliable transportation
• Current CPR certification
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
