About the role
A Plus Health Care, part of the Addus HomeCare family of companies, is looking for CNAs to work in long-term care units, assisted living facilities, hospice care, and one-to-one care. We staff assisted living, memory care, nursing home, and in-home care across all shifts. We offer multiple types of contracts to provide schedule flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Help with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Chart and execute plans of care
- Work in long-term care units, assisted living facilities, hospice care, and one-to-one care settings
Requirements
- Current Montana CNA license
- Montana CNA skills checklist
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to provide proof of current immunizations (including current TB test and Hepatitis B)
- Reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
