About the role
A Plus Health Care, part of the Addus HomeCare family, is hiring Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) for various locations in Montana including Billings, Huntley, Joliet, Laurel, Lockwood, Roundup, Shepherd, and surrounding areas. The role involves working in assisted living, memory care, nursing homes, hospice, and in-home care across all shifts, providing ADL assistance, charting, and executing care plans.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Perform charting and execute care plans
- Provide one‑to‑one care when needed
- Work in long‑term care units, assisted living facilities, memory care, hospice, and in‑home settings
- Complete on‑site training and maintain competency
- Fulfill responsibilities to become eligible for additional shifts
Requirements
- Current Montana CNA license
- Montana CNA Skills checklist
- Proof of current immunizations (TB test, Hepatitis B)
- Reliable transportation
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
