About the role

A Plus Health Care is looking for Certified Nurse Assistants (CNA) to join our team. We staff assisted living, memory care, nursing home, and in-home care across all shifts. As a CNA, you will work in long-term care units, assisted living facilities, hospice care, and at times, one-to-one care. We offer multiple types of contracts to provide flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Chart and execute plans of care

Requirements

• Current Montana CNA License with a MT CNA Skills checklist
• Ability to provide proof of current immunizations (to include current TB test, Hepatitis B)
• Reliable transportation
• Current CPR certification
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
