Essential Job Functions
- Take histories and perform various procedures and tests for patients
- Prepare patients for examinations and treatments
- Administer topical ophthalmic or oral medications
- Conduct tonometry tests to measure intraocular pressure
- Measure visual acuity
- Document patients' medical histories
- Conduct visual field tests to measure field of vision
- Instruct patients on the care and use of contact lenses

Education and Experience
- Experience within a professional environment with a strong customer service focus
- Previous experience within the medical field preferred
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience in optometry or ophthalmology a plus
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position with the home office located in [CITY, STATE]. Travel to other locations will be required.
