Responsibilities

• Lead a team to manage the daily operation of the centre according to the school's policies and quality standards
• Manage teaching staff to develop and deliver the school's holistic and age-appropriate bilingual preschool curriculum
• Communicate with parents effectively, and build rapport and trusted relationships with parents
• Handle administrative work to meet the compliance and regulatory requirements for the centre's operation

Requirements

• Singaporean
• Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education - Leadership or its equivalent
• Must have at least 5 years of relevant work experience as a centre supervisor in a preschool or childcare setting
• Strong leadership, able to lead a team and manage people
• High sense of responsibility, a positive and can-do work attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills
