Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Master’s preferred)
- Valid RN license, multi-state licensure preferred
- Current BLS certification; additional certifications may be required
- Minimum of 2 years in nursing management
- Strong communication, relationship-building, leadership, and business skills
- Ability to implement change, inspire teams, and foster professional growth
