Central Supply Aide

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Central Supply Aide to join our team. In this essential role, you will work with the Central Supply Director to effectively provide the necessary supplies and equipment to various departments of a long term care or skilled nursing facility. This takes an organized and detail-oriented professional who takes the time to understand, process, and follow through on all orders.

Responsibilities

• Provides supplies and equipment in an efficient manner, in accordance with established procedures to various departments in the facility.
• Maintains supply and storage rooms in a safe, clean, and orderly condition.
• Checks invoices, purchase orders, packing slips, etc. with incoming merchandise.
• Maintains total confidentiality of all pertinent patient care information to ensure patient rights are protected at all times.
• Ensures all established safety procedures and precautions are followed when handling supplies and equipment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent G.E.D. (minimum)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a health care central supply position
• Reliable transportation required
• CNA background preferred
• Healthcare experience preferred
• Inventory control background preferred

Pay

Posted Salary Range: USD $16.00 – USD $19.00 per hour. The wage range takes into account factors including skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
