Central Supply Aide

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provides supplies and equipment in an efficient manner, in accordance with established procedures to various departments in the facility.
• Maintains supply and storage rooms in a safe, clean, and orderly condition.
• Checks invoices, purchase orders, packing slips, etc. with incoming merchandise.
• Maintains total confidentiality of all pertinent patient care information in order to ensure patient/ rights are protected at all times.
• Ensures that all established safety procedures and precautions are followed when handling supplies and equipment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must have at minimum a High School Diploma or equivalent G.E.D.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in health care central supply position.
• Reliable transportation required.
