Position Overview
The Access Care Representative performs a wide variety of activities related to scheduling, registration, financial compliance, and customer support for all services performed. The Access Care areas act as the entry point. It is the responsibility of an Access Care Representative to promote a caring, professional manner, while collecting Accurate and complete data necessary for billing and account processing.

$17.05 - $22.17 per hour, depending on experience
Education/Experience
- Minimum Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
- PREFERRED: Two years’ experience in medical environment with working knowledge of insurance applicable to outpatient medical care.
- Proficient computer skills, knowledge of Medical Terminology, experience with scheduling.
- MINIMUM REQUIRED: Not Applicable
- PREFERRED: Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA)
- Current driver’s license
