About the role
The Integral dx Central Sales Desk Associate’s primary responsibility is to reach out to potential Ready Mix Truck purchasers and organizations. This individual will follow a script to communicate the purpose of the call, collect required data, and share it with the Integral dx team. The role involves learning the product line to communicate effectively with clients and relaying the results of calls. Regular communication with sales staff is required to relay potential leads and quoting opportunities, along with timely entry of contacts into the company database.
Responsibilities
- Contact Ready Mix producers by phone, text, and email
- Refer leads or business updates to Territory Managers
- Set up new contacts in Outlook
- Document conversations
- Utilize Mailchimp (and other digital services) to contact leads promptly
- Provide ideas to the marketing team based on customer feedback
- Other tasks as assigned by manager
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Computer skills with experience in Microsoft Suite
- Ability to read and understand written information
- Ability to follow and memorize a sales script
- Ability to communicate sales potential to management
OR any combination of education and experience that provides the required skill and knowledge for successful performance is acceptable.

$15–$18/hour
