Central Market (Southlake) Bread Production Lead - Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Mainters production flow and controls quality of product.
• Captures and coordinates production flow or ordering of products.
• Organizes production/work area.
• Monitors and leads shrink initiatives.
• Oversees the production of special orders.
• Oversees shifts, lunches, and breaks.
• Orders raw ingredients for products.
• Maintains sanitation in department.
• Maintains working conditions of equipment.
• Affords assistance in training new partners.
• Supports and maintains food safety and sanitation processes.
• Sustains support for all Operational Excellence initiatives.

Qualifications & Key Requirements

• Work Experience: 5+ years 5-8 years of related experience
• Supervisory experience
• Knowledge of department product, food preparation, and equipment
• Knowledge of commercial baking procedures and equipment essential
• Education: Licenses/Certifications

Physical Demands & Working Conditions

• Lift 20 lbs or more on an occasional basis
