Central Market (Plano) Store Receiving - Technical Support Specialist - Full time

Responsibilities

• Must be knowledgeable of European UPC
• Operates personal computer
• Verifies weekly ad specials
• Prints and tags scan labels on new items
• Separates and sorts tags, scales batches and scans maintenance
• Removes and replaces tags including verification of correct tag information
• Walks the floor to monitor accuracy of scan/scale batches and signage. Includes correction or modification of discrepancies
• Filings paperwork and orders supplies
• Captures scale service and repair. Includes preventive maintenance
• Handles research for scan department including scan guarantees
• Resolves store questions about pricing and scanning
• Audits areas of store that have scan problems
• Keeps scan department partners and store managers informed of scan problems or issues
• Keys promotional materials and produce changes

Qualifications & Key Requirements

• Typically requires 2-5 years of related experience
• Prior ACR experience or training preferred

• Physical Demands & Working Conditions: Travel by car or airplane with overnight stays
