Responsibilities

• Maintains sanitation in department.
• Monitors working conditions of equipment.
• Orders raw ingredients for products.
• Supports and maintains food safety and sanitation processes.
• Supports and maintains all Operational Excellence initiatives.
• Oversees shifts, lunches, and breaks.
• Oversees quality of products and monitors and leads shrink initiatives.
• Coordinates production flow or ordering of products.
• Oversees production of special orders.

Qualifications & Key Requirements

• Work Experience: 5+ years 5-8 years of related experience - Required
• Supervisory experience - Preferred
• Licenses/Certifications: Not specified
• Physical Demands & Working Conditions: Function in a fast-paced, retail environmentLift 20 lbs or more on an occasional basis
