Responsibilities Job Summary: As a Production Representative, you'll provide our Customers with fresh, made in store product, like salads, sandwiches, and pizzas, and maintain department and food safety / sanitation standards. Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions Production / Food Service: Cuts, slices, dices, chops, food for recipe preparation; preps in accordance with recipe specifications and SOPsPackages, labels, stock, rotate made in store productsCompletes tasks at assigned workstationAssists in multiple food preparation areasAssists in technical areas and with catering orders, as neededPerforms other duties as needed Food Safety / Sanitation Complies with H-E-B food safety and sanitation standardsProperly handles / maintains temperature integrity of all ingredients, product, and equipment operationMaintains sanitation in food preparation areasProperly handles, operates, and maintains equipmentPerforms as a team member to help ensure a safe, clean, productive operation Customer Service Provides internal customer serviceAssists Customers as needed The responsibilities and essential functions outlined above describe the general nature and level of work assigned to this position.
